Is "Arnold's Park" maybe inspired in some way by PINK FLOYD's Syd Barrett-era "Arnold Layne"?

PTERODACTYL- Worldwild - LP - BRAH RECORDS
 2nd LP by this band from Brooklyn, and actually pretty different from their previous releases! Less frantic and manically skronking, and much more room for sounds, experiments, and atmospheres. Like the missing link between the EX MODELS and ONEIDA, and at times it's even reminiscent of Glenn Branca. A really GREAT album, and it comes with a download-coupon for the entire album included!
