CURED PINK/PENGUINS- Split - 7" - VACANT VALLEY

click to enlarge Limited handnumbered edition of 300 copies on white vinyl, in full-color glossy cover, with insert. CURED PINK delivsers a heavy crushing and pounding, monotonous and destructive death-march, with mostly strumming on a guitar, but also other pulsating sounds and metallic effects additionally, incl. shouted echoing vocals. Brings to mind comparisons or references like CLOCK DVA, SWANS, GODFLESH or BLACK HUMOR... The PENGUINS side is in a similar musical, but more organic and less mechanic, meaning it's more traditionally structured as a music-composition than CURED PINK's "non-music". Could be compared to TEST DEPT. and SPK...
