New Release! CRACK CLOUD- Tough Baby - CD / LP - MEAT MACHINE

click to enlarge Quite a surprise, since we didn't expect this to come anymore: Ordered already back in September(!) last year, and now finally we did get some copies of the LP. Black vinyl edition with obi-strip, printed innersleeve and additional insert included. Not so surprising is the quality of the third album by this Canadian Post-Punk and mixed media collective. There's a lot of potential here, and not always it seems to be consistent, but there's quite a few tracks managing to fuse lots of influences into a magically new sound, e.g. "Virtuous Industry" or the title-song of the album.
